SLOW DOWN, TAKE A BREAK, AND REST
In the fast-paced world of mobile devices, cars, planes, deadlines, and capitalism, we can lose track of what's important, like our well-being, inner peace, laughter, and our personal truth.

You matter, and you are more than enough. That phone call or email can wait. Your family or job will be fine without you always being there.

Treat yourself and enjoy three nights at Ratna Ling to unwind, reflect, and breathe into your fullness. Remember what you value the most, and then return to your life with a renewed sense of ease, joy, and strength.

This weekend includes:

Yoga for all levels
Relaxation Practices
Meditation for all levels
Time in Nature
Optional Bodywork + Wellness Services

TESTIMONIAL
“I loved the teachers and the smaller size of the group. The beauty of the property is incredible. I also loved the temple and the bodywork session. Ratna Ling is an incredible experience filled with love, beauty, and wisdom. I’m grateful that this place and community exists. Thank you!!” Aimee C., A Weekend of Self-care, February 2023
“I liked the self-care focus. Nice balance of modalities – moving my body and also being in stillness with time for solitude and unstructured being as well. Oh, and the food was AMAZING!” Ronit M., A Weekend of Self-care, May 2023

Weekend retreat at Ratna Ling
My experience at Ratna Ling Retreat Center was magical and life changing.

From the moment I arrived onto the grounds, through the beautiful gated entrance, I felt a sense of peace and comfort.

Check in was done kindly, and effortlessly. Walking into our cabin (my two daughters and I), and noting the clean pristine environment, was much appreciated. It was very comfortable, and had everything we needed.

Meditations, with George leading, were easy to follow and helpful. His orientation, as well as his company during meals, was delightful.

The Tibetan movement class was relaxing, as well as invigorating.

The meals were delicious, healthy, and plentiful.

The staff were joyful and helpful.

The weekend was truly beautiful and special, and will be remembered always.

Thank you all for creating a perfect environment. I loved my time there and brought back lessons I have implemented into my daily life.
