Retreat Highlights
- - The retreat will take place in English.
- - For any level of experience, but it is important to be open and honest about your personal process.
- - This retreat does not involve interaction - this is body and spiritual process.
- - Maximum of 18 participants (9 pairs).
- - During the practice, the person receiving the massage will be naked (pants are acceptable if you feel shy), the person giving the massage - in light clothes or underwear.
- - During the practice each participant will go through their own personal process, there may be emotional releases, tears, screams or moans. Please allow both yourself and others to manifest freely and without judgement.
- - Everything that happens in practice will remain between us. Please be respectful with other peoples experiences and processes.

My name is Irina Kaliakina and this retreat is the sum of more than 7 years of tantric practices, massages and yoni healing expertise.
Over the years I have conducted thousands of tantric massages and different healing sessions for many people of different countries. In this retreat I will share with you both the knowledge I gathered at numerous retreats as my own experience and expertise.

What is tantric massage?
It is a service for the divinity in the human body, it is a ritual of honouring, it is meditation, it is giving and receiving love through touch, it is a healing of the trauma from rejection, non-acceptance and heartbreak, it is joy, it is a play of energies and connection with one's higher self.
During three days we will learn theory and practice in a small group. What awaits us on this journey:
- getting to know each other, creating a warm and soulful space of trust and respect between all participants
- talking about personal boundaries, the difference between tantric massage and other techniques, and about creating a beautiful and safe space for the practice
- morning active meditations to strengthen personal energy
- couples and group tantric practices to enhance sensations
- practice of tantric breathing
- practices to enhance sensitivity of the hands
- rituals for opening and closing the field of a tantric massage session
- theory of tantric massage
- various techniques and states, with demonstrations on a model
- participants´ practice with each other
- sacred ritual of yoni and lingam puja (Ritual of Honouring)
- evening meditation to open the heart by the bonfire under the stars (or in case of rains in the pagoda with candlelight)
- amazing vegetarian meals made of local organic products by a professional chef (gluten-free and lactose-free options are available)
- comfortable rooms (2 people per room with private bath)
- a cosy and warm Pagoda with a beautiful view for tantric massage practice
- complete seclusion of the group
- only nature will be around us
- an opportunity to have a digital detox and disconnect from the phone for a few days

Directions
You can arrive with your own vehicles, or a direct bus from Lisbon to Serpa
through "rede expressos", and then a taxi for about 12/14 euros to Quinta Marugo. Or
a train from Lisbon (most stations) through CP (Comboios Portugal – National
Train Service) and a taxi to Quinta Marugo for about 50 euros. We can organize van transfers from Lisbon airport for 300 euros each way which can be divided
among 8 people or €260 among 4 people (this cost might vary depending on the
gas prices).

Accommodation
We have 10 ensuite rooms with a king-size bed for 10 single occupancy guests or 10 couples or modified to accommodate 20 room sharing guests in 2 twin beds. Each bedroom comes with these amenities: King size bed 180×200 (or two twin-sized beds) Private bathroom, Heating system, Heated towel rack, Wardrobe, Ceiling fan, Hot water kettle with tea set, No smoking, Sustainable plastic free hand soap and shower gel We provide amenities that do not involve plastic waste, hair dryer, clean linen, towels and a sun lounger towel, as well as fresh tea that can be picked fresh. We do not have WiFI in the rooms as we believe bedrooms are for sleeping, resting and reading. We do have good WiFi in the common areas.
