- There are 2 choices for the participants: 2 days of Sacred Ceremonies or for those who aren't ready we have the Chakra workshop and an extra adventure to the town of other Unesco beautiful town called Finlandia.

Begin your day with Kundalini yoga and a healthy breakfast followed by exploring the natural beauty of the Colombia coffee region. Adventures include: hike and ride horses in the lush mountains and valleys, rejuvenate in healing thermal springs, ride bamboo rafts down river, taste the local food, coffee and juices, explore the quaint and colorful towns famous for their architecture and friendly people.

ARRIVAL DAY
A group transfer will be provided from Pereira Airport to Sazagua Boutique Hotel in Cerritos at 2:30pm (about a 15 minute drive). Let us know if you have another arrival time, we will make arrangements. Call whatsapp at +57 313 5470534 or the hotel at + 57 313 64945. Settle into your room and explore the grounds and enjoy the pool. Dinner will be served in the outdoor dining area at 7:30.
ADVENTURE DAY 2
The coffee region is famous for its thermal hot springs which are tasteless and odorless due to their healing alkaline nature. Tucked in a green valley, nestled between steep mountains covered in green jungle vegetation make this the perfect place for nature lovers. You will be rejuvenated and relaxed after enjoying the different pools and saunas at Thermal St. Vincent. Spa available.
ADVENTURE DAY 3
Valle Del Cocora is home to the tallest palm trees in the world. The landscape and photo ops are amazing. Horseback riding is on
today’s agenda followed by lunch at the famous Laurita Campestre, a beautiful restaurant that shows the truly local arquitectura and great food.
Coffee Plantation Tour: the highlight of the tour is getting the chance to go into the coffee trees, pick up mature coffee grains in a basket, teaches how to prepare coffee and than chill-out in the site with a beautiful view of the mountains.
We will finish the day enjoying the town of Salento which is well known for its colorful architecture and small-town friendly vibe.
ADVENTURE DAY 4
Bamboo rafting on La Vieja River. The rafts were the traditional means of transportation once used by the Quimbaya Indians who inhabited this area before the Spanish Conquest. You will enjoy the beautiful and lush flora and wildlife as you float or swim down the river.
RELAXING DAY 5
-Yoga in the morning
Relaxing day. This is the day for Self-care, read a book, enjoy a massage at the Spa, relax in the pool or jacuzzi or go shopping. Arrangements can be made if need transportation from the hotel.
this day also will be great for an Astrology reading or other wellness therapy.
