About this Retreat
Your Guides
Prior to training as a Psilocybin Facilitator, Michelle enjoyed a successful international corporate career working primarily in Human Resources and Information Technology. For over 20 years, Michelle supported global teams through various change programs, from organizational restructures to implementing new process and technology systems, to standing up entirely new functions and teams. Through her work, she realized how difficult change is for most people and she enjoyed supporting others through their own life transitions, big and small. Living and working abroad while raising two children overseas provided an opportunity to work with individuals of all backgrounds, cultures & nationalities. She aims to bring this passion for diversity and personalized service to her facilitation practice.
Michelle's own experience with psilocybin created a paradigm shift in how she saw herself, how she saw the world and how she related with others, resulting in positive changes to her life overall. She felt called to pivot and make one of the biggest changes in her career, becoming a licensed psilocybin facilitator. She is excited and humbled to serve others as they embark on their own healing journeys to improved mental health, wellness, and relationships.

Schedule
Programs are customized for your needs and group size.
Each participant will receive 2 private preparation sessions virtually, private or group dosing journey(s), and 1 private or group integration session.
Preparation sessions must be completed a minimum of 24 hours in advance of your first dosing journey. Preferably, preparation sessions will begin a minimum of two weeks prior to your journey date.
Your dosing journey will begin between 9:30 am and 10:00 am in the morning and last approximately 6 hours. On average, the plant medicine begins to take affect within 30 minutes after consumption.
Clients report many different experiences ranging from the mystical to the playful to the uncomfortable. Be prepared for many emotions to surface and remain open to what the medicine may be trying to show you. Every session is different and every client is unique - no two are alike!
Integration session(s) may be organized in person directly following a journey or at a later date virtually.

Psilocybin journeys will take place at a licensed facility in the Portland metro area. Various themed journey rooms are available for 1:1 sessions, couples and small groups.
The Galaxy Room (pictured) features our largest soft chenille ‘cocoon’ couch, with space art and colors. It includes ceiling projectors with aurora borealis and swirling nebula imagery.
