Amina has been working with Ayahuasca and other Peruvian traditions for more than 12 years. She shares and brings sacred plant medicine, Temazcal, cacao ceremonies to all people. With over 600 Ayahuasca ceremonies and many master plant dietas, she is a very skilled Ayahuasquera. In her travels to different countries, she obtained certifications in Structural Energy Awakening, Chi Nei Tsan (An ancient Taoist system for detoxifying and rejuvenating the internal organs), Biomagnetism Energy Healing, Recreational and Sports Medicine, balance ball yoga at the RSM Chianmai, Thailand where she lived for 6 months. Amina also has a Master’s degree in Psychotherapy, provides therapies and processes that focus on the expansion of consciousness through different methods to connect with the subconscious and its connection with the subtle part of our psyche.
Originally from Mexico, Amina began her spiritual journey as a moon dancer and carried this tradition for more than 13 years contributing to the healing of women around the world.
Amina is passionate about supporting others on their healing journey and working with different modalities. For more than 10 years she has supported and learned from Temazcal ceremonies which combines the medicine of Mother Earth from your womb, with the guidance of the drum towards a therapeutic journey connecting with our essence.
Amina shares the medicine of sacred plants of power in circles of women, with individuals and in week long retreats. A lot of her learnings came from working with different guides of the Amazonian tradition of Peru.
As part of the growth and connecting with mother earth, she shares the medicine of the heart of Cacao, recognizing the ancestors and as an integral part of the work with the elementals.
Anna is an Entrepreneur, Intuitive Life Coach, Certified Somatic Release Breathwork ™ Facilitator and Usui Reiki master. Her healing journey began in 2008, eventually connecting her with her purpose in life. Her mission is to be a clear channel and vessel and inspire others to step into their greatness. In 2016 she connected with her mentor Kute Blackson and later became his apprentice. She has volunteered and helped manage his transformational women’s seminars which have paved the way to align her with her purpose of helping others heal and transform their lives.
Working and volunteering with Kute Blackson the last couple of years has encouraged her to step into a higher calling, leading and organizing transformational retreats. Anna has been working one on one with clients as well as leading women’s circles that inspire and empower women to step into their greatness.
Anna was called to sit in her first Ayahuasca ceremony August, 2020 and in that ceremony she was given the vision to be of service to the plant medicine community. It was a calling that she could not deny as it was part of her soul’s mission, to lead and guide others to experience profound healing while sitting with plant medicine. Anna will sit with you to help you integrate and process your experience.
You will learn integration techniques and practices that you can use as you continue your healing and spiritual journey. She is committed to helping others remove blocks that are holding them back from living their best life. Schedule
Your retreat begins with a group integration where we will cover all logistics. Group integrations follow the day after each ceremony. Massage and private integrations take place throughout the week. Tea, breakfast, lunch, and dinner are served on all non-ceremony days while fasting begins after lunch on ceremony days.
You will receive a detailed schedule upon arrival.
Arrive at the Austin-Bergstrom International Airport (AUS). The drive from the airport to the Hive Healing retreat center is about 1 hr. Upon registration, airport transportation is coordinated for you by The Samskara Retreat Team or you may opt out and schedule your own transportation to the center.

My time at Samskara was by far one of the most transformative events I've had in this lifetime. Every little detail of this retreat was immaculate, from the amenities, the beautiful land, and the most beautiful collection of souls/staff members. This place feels like home, family, and love. The way they plan the week of activities and ceremonies to flow effortlessly, and comfortablely made this experience so much easier. The staff is always there for you, no matter what it is, they are so loving and understanding. They know how to make you dig deep in your soul, and provide all of the tools and wisdom for you to use to transform yourself from the inside out. Definately a retreat you should experience! Anna was great! She was very welcoming, supportive and very organized. The staff, Lorena and David were incredible and helped me realize some things around relationships. Arturo was great, he is very kind and welcoming. I didnt expect to receive so much from this retreat. It is not like other places I have sat with the medicine. Highly recommend Samskara retreats. I am full of gratitude for the lessons ans healing.

The location, staff, shaman and organizers at Samskara are incredible! You can tell they have been doing this for a very long time. Very professional, kind, helpful and their ability to hold space was absolutely amazing! The location is like a little slice of heaven. The lush, green jungle and the sounds of the jungle, made each ceremony that much more special.
The accommodations have air conditioning and are clean. The food was very fresh and you could tell it was prepared with love.
Upon arrival at Cancun Airport, they had a driver waiting to take me to the location. The ride is only about 25 minutes from the airport which is very convenient.
All the extra bonuses you get with Samskara, really make it worth it. The Cacao ceremony, the Temazcal, the extra activities and an amazing massage! The pool is really nice too!
The music that is played during ceremony was out of this world. This really allowed me to go deep and have such a powerful experience. I could go on and on about this experience and about Samskara!
